Maia was a drug-exposed pup who came into rescue neurologically impaired.  While we didn't know how much 'normalcy" she'd regain, she was certainly a survivor and loved her foster family!  Maia has a constant head-bob that looked like a bobble-head Mariner's toy, and she walks in circles.  Not only that, but she is nearly deaf - but she has already learned some sign commands. Other than these, she is very healthy and happy!
