Halsey is a male Jack Russell mix who is white with liver colored markings. He was found as a stray who had been maulted by something bigger than he is, and his neck wounds are finishing healing.

Halsey is a nice young man who likes the other dogs and is indifferent to the cats.  He loves his food and his time with humans.  Halsey is a calm little guy who is happy following his humans around the yard. He seems to be fine in the car on the few trips he has taken.
