Lyra is a smart and affectionate Domestic Short Hair black and white female with a lot of love to give. She will snuggle into your lap, but she is eager to play and loves a good belly rub. Even though she takes a second with new people and new things, she craves connection and affection. 

Lyra is very smart and listens to both praise and correction. She is very curious and she has a strong desire for connection and belonging, so she is very helpful while you are reading, cleaning or making the bed. 

Lyra is curious about everyone in the household, including dogs. She enjoys all types of toys, including stuffed "mice", shoelaces, ping pong balls, feather toys, or almost anything else. When activity wears her out, she does like to find a lap.
