Samson is very social, playful and easy to get along with.  He allows a kitten-savvy toddler to haul him around at will though he balks at being dressed up in doll clothes - that’s a firm nope.

 

Samson is a determined dog lover as well.  Though consistently rebuffed by a small poodle mix in his foster home, he nonetheless gives it a try several times a day and takes the rejection in stride.  After all, no one can possibly NOT want to be his buddy.

 

He loves, loves, loves wand toys and ping pong balls, keeping you company in the bathroom, and insists on sleeping in bed with you, even when that involves eluding the lunges of a possessive poodle.

 

Samson is playful but not berserk, is happy to come into your lap for a cuddle, would do well in either a quiet home or a more active one, but would not thrive as an only child.  He will need to be placed in a home with another one of our cats/kittens or a home that already has a young, friendly cat.

All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only.
